Products & pricing
We do our best to describe and price every item accurately. Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. If an item is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we’ll contact you and offer a correction or a full refund.
Pre-orders
Pre-order release dates are set by the manufacturer and can shift. Pre-orders ship as soon as the product arrives. If a release is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We accept Interac e-Transfer and major secure payment methods. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $15 Canada-wide and free on orders over $100. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
