Shipping
North Deck Supply ships Canada-wide. Shipping is a flat $15, and free on orders over $100.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST ship the same business day.
- Most Canadian orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
- Every parcel is tracked — your tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items ship as soon as they’re released. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we’ll hold and ship it together once everything is available, unless you ask us to split it.
Returns & refunds
Because trading-card product is collectible, we only accept returns on unopened, factory-sealed items in their original condition, within 14 days of delivery. Opened product cannot be returned.
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@northdecksupply.ca within 48 hours with photos and we’ll make it right — a replacement or a full refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned item.
- Return shipping is covered by us for damaged or incorrect orders; otherwise it’s the customer’s responsibility.
